Durable and Powerful Performance: A clear polyurethane plastic coating makes this charger virtually indestructible. A solid red LED shines steadily in full sunlight and fades in partial sunlight. Reverse polarity protected. The Pulse Technology extends battery life up to three times. The 12-watt solar panel dimensions are 12.41"L x 9.85"W x 0.2"H.
